In this series I apply the ABSTRACT CARTOONS technique to somewhat more realistic pieces, adapting it to portraits of real people. Even so, the brush strokes, stains, drops and splashes that give movement and life to these paintings remain. The matter and expressiveness continue to predominate over the image. These paintings have a lot of texture, and because of that, they have some cracks, but it's part of the strength and style of the painting. They remain like this since the parts with more paint material dry and cracks form.
